CATERING

All the items on the menu are available through Bottomfeeders’ catering service, which has become just as popular as dining-in at Bottomfeeders. They can cater to groups as small as 10 to large groups up to 1,000 people.

Tips for planning

BBQ Pulled Pork - Each pound feeds 3-4 people
1 gallon of beans feeds 20 people
1 gallon of slaw feeds 20 people
1 slab of ribs feeds 3 people
1 gallon of tea for 10 people

To help make your event run smoothly,we offer the following guidelines.

Pricing
The person making arrangements for your function should notify Bottomfeeders of the exact number of people attending or quantities required, two working days in advance of the scheduled function. Arrangements for functions to be held on Mondays and Tuesdays should be finalized by noon of the preceding Friday. The number of guests given will constitute a guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly.
