Using a high-tech Southern Pride smoker instead of the traditional barbeque pit, Bottomfeeders offers barbeque like nothing you’ve ever tried. “We use a smoker instead of a pit because it doesn’t dry out the meat, “ Chism said. “It’s so tender, it just comes right off the bone.”
